Morgan Mann

Morgan Mann is the vice president and chief operating officer of Cisco’s Security Business Group. Morgan leads the operations of Cisco's $3B Security Business Group. He drives group level execution and strategy for the business, along with portfolio growth and market strategies. Morgan’s leadership extends across the broader security organization where his teams provide customer success, security and business operations support to the portfolio. Morgan is a trusted business leader who is often invited to speak with industry executives, senior government officials and policy makers seeking a better understanding of Cisco ‘s security strategy and how it can better secure their own organizations. Morgan joined Cisco in 2003 and has more than two decades of experience in security and networking sales, product management, and operations. Prior to joining the Security Business Group, Morgan was Chief of Staff for Cisco’s $800M Advanced Threat Solutions organization which was responsible for the integration and scaling of Cisco’s security acquisitions into the sales organization. Morgan is a retired Colonel of United States Marine Corps reserve. He commanded units from the platoon to regiment and served in numerous staff roles including Chief of Staff of the Marine Corps Reserve Policy Board. Morgan has a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and an M.A. in National Security Studies from the US Army War College.
